  1. i have heard nothing but horror stories about autoloc. everything i have ever heard is that their products are extremely overpriced and poorly made. with regards to putting a popper, i dont know what the benefit would be. a popper literally "pops" so putting that on ur tailgate would cause the tailgate to be thrown out of the locked position and slammed down every time. doesnt sound like a good idea to me, i do know that they make automatic tailgate kits, dont remember who makes one, but its out there. any reputable custom shop could probably easily fab one up for you. but i would stay away fr
  2. To my dear Friend: I know of no Medicine fit to diminish the violent Natural Inclinations you mention; and if I did, I think I should not communicate it to you. Marriage is the proper remedy. It is the most natural state of Man, and therefore the State in which you are most likely to find solid Happiness. Your Reasons against entering into it at Present appear to me not well founded. The circumstantial Advantages you have in View by postponing it, are not only uncertain, but they are small in comparison with that of the Thing itself, the being married and settled. It is the Man and Woman
  3. and YES, this is ok for work. http://betting.betfair.com/sports/oddly-en...ide-170309.html
  4. Im selling the OEM indash 6 disc cd changer out of my silverado. im sure everyone knows what these look like so i didnt post a picture, but i can if you want. its in perfect condition. $50 seems fair, i have no idea what it would cost to ship it. im in the san fernando valley in so cal if anyone wanted to do a local pick up.
  5. DAYUM, thats nuts, my buddy bought an 08 last year. hes gonna be pissed!
  6. im a huge fan of red, but if ur doing a two tone for some reason ive always been in love with orange. i really like when people do black on top orange on bottom, or orange on top white on bottom, i think both of those combos look AWESOME. Just remember though, any good respectable painter will tell you, that the general rule of thumb with 2 tone is the darker color usually goes on top, its more appealing to the eyes. so if you are infact gonna keep red on top, traditionally speaking you're gonna want something lighter ie white, silver, yellow, etc. or vice versa if you want red on the bottom.
  7. not yet, ill post some up in a couple weeks after i get everything painted and fixed. haha i realize now i probably shouldnt have made a thread, knowing that i wont post pics up for a while. my bad guys
  8. yea so i was searchin craigslist today and saw some guy selling his snug top for $600 which is a pretty good deal as it is cause they sell for around $800 before paint, i called and asked if he would take 400 and he said he would take $450 so i went over and picked it up 30 mins later. im pretty happy, ive always wanted a tonneau cover but never could find one in my price range, so im pretty happy right now. Its blue now, but im gonna get it painted white to match. some of you saw the pics of the bed of my truck and im gonna have to get everything painted and smoothed so im just gonna get ever
  9. haha thanks guys for all positive feedback, and for all the ones with the negative comments haha i cant really disagree because i really am a GM guy, but hey its not a ford right?
  10. so as some of you know i had to sell my silverado. although i miss the silverado i sold it for a little more than it was worth so i am happy, the guy that bought it didnt try and low ball me at all, very smooth transaction. i bought this, its a 2005 Dodge Ram, 2wd, SLT, with the Hemi V8, and it has only 20,000 miles on it. i bought it for $8500 which is $4k below blue book. Im a chevy guy through and through, this is my 6th vehicle, and the first one that isnt a chevy so it is a little different, not bad, but different. anyways the truck does need cosmetic work but nothing TOO major. The tr
