  1. I've got a 87mm DBW {#12580760} throttle body w/less than 1K on it. $100. shipped to the lower 48
  2. Nice...Did you scoop it up?!!
  3. Imo, go with your 03 stock rails/crossover/fpr. The rails will require mounting mods & the cross over will need mods to fit over the tbss manifold. While you're at it ...throw in some 8.1 Marine injectors...then you'll be set for future mods.

    MPG's average

    It's been like 30...burrr...low in MN P1sc around 8+psi, 8.1 Injectors, TBSS manifold / Ls2 TB, 4L80e, PI 2600ish Stall, 91 octane, let it warm up for 20+minutes, in town driving = 7mpg on a good day.
  5. For Sale: FIPK Generation II K&N #57-3050. Everything in the kit is new, except....Intake tube has been cut/modified for a pro-charger set-up & the straight silicone hose to the throttle body is gone. Let me know if you need pics. $145. obo + ppal fees & shipping.

  7. It's crazy, even though the bumper cover doesn't weigh more than 20ish lbs...the measurement w/box would be 84"L X 22"W X 22"H. So shipping to a business in TX will cost at least $210+.
  8. Humm..., curious to see how the old 4l65e holds up!
  9. Where are you located? I have an extra front passenger seat. Shipping will be outrageous!
  10. Paid $2600 + for the 4l80e & conversion parts off performancetrucks.net. Tranny was junk & I couldn't use the rear drive shaft. Long story short....tranny I bought needed a total rebuild = $2700 including labor, transfer case freshen up & rear drive shaft shortened.
  11. Did the 4l80e swap last spring & still have the converter it came with. I was told the converter was out of a 4.8 van (2200ish stall), cut/cleaned with a new lockup clutch & reworked to stall @2550ish w/7K on the rebuild. I'll do $175. + ppal fees shipped to a business.
  12. I might have an x-tra one sitt'in around ...need any pics?.}
  13. How about the OEM {stock} dual-in / dual-out muffler? Any dents, holes, cracks, rust, & rattles? Any pic of all this stuff?
  14. I also need the drivers side door actuator assembly. Along with the drivers side interior door panel, w/all switches, clips, plastic weather shield, & oem cat-back.
  15. When you pull off the interior door panel...There's a thick sheet of poly/plastic {shield/barrier} stuck to the metal inner part of the door.
  16. Do you have any pics of the truck? Pics of drivers side door panel {inside} w/all switches, clips, & the plastic weather shield between the door & inner panel. Also, do you have the oem cat-back {pics too}?
  17. Hey Chris, Any interest in trying to figure out my drivers side no heat seat!? Tim
  18. The 87mm TB should work fine. If your planning to spend big $$$$ for the FAST intake...why not spend a little more for an LS2 /LS3 90mm TB.
  19. Your stock SSS is a gen lll 78mm 3 bolt throttle body {TB} with the 8-pin drive by wire {DBW}. This is a gen lV 4 bolt 87mm TB with the 6-pin DBW. To make it work, you'll need an intake manifold to fit the stock heads (like a Trailblazer SS {cathedral ports)}. Or, if you want to use your stock intake manifold to mount the gen lV 87mm TB you can buy an adapter plate to go from a 3 bolt TB to a 4 bolt TB. Which ever way you decide to go, you'll also need an X-link {www.torquerush.com} to convert from 8 to 6 pin DBW. In my opinion it's a good upgrade.
