It's that time of year again! SEMA is just around the corner and there's no better place to party than Las Vegas. Josh and I will be in town for the show and we're going to organize a night out for anyone who would like to join us. Even if you're not going to SEMA but live in the area, we'd love to have you come along! Depending on what works best for those who can make it, we'll probably aim for the evening of Thursday, November 4th, or Friday, November 5th. Most likely we'll.... 1- Go out and get dinner at a buffet (A group of us ate at the Rio last year) 2- Head out for one hell of a night drinking and gambling So, who's in?!

With the introduction of the new status feature, we're also rolling out the ability to connect your SilveradoSS.com username/account with your facebook account. With Facebook Connect you can synchronize your profile photo, avatar, about me, and status update with your facebook account. Here's how to set it up 1. Click "My Settings", found in the upper left hand corner of the forum. 2. Select the "Profile" tab 3. In the left side menu, select "Manage Facebook Connect" Please note - You may encounter an error message. I did when I connected my facebook account- however it "cleared up" after a few minutes. - Things do not sync instantly automatically. It may take up to 24 hours for updates to swap. If you need to sync right away, there is a button to do it under "Manage Facebook Connect" Please let me know if you have any issues..

Just wanted to add a quick note. We've seen the comments on the new "status" feature comparing it to facebook. Some have even wondered if we'll be able to link this site and facebook together. The short answer is, YES. We'll be turning on facebook connect today. It will link your "about me" information and status updates from facebook to SilveradoSS.com.
