Think mods can lock sold items in the forsale section I have seen this on other forums and it works as old posts dont get brought up again

Even better if the OP has the option to delete their own post when sold... then it won't overload the mods.

that is what i was going to say, or just have 3 buttons to choose from...for sale/pending/sold.
