What would shipping be to zip 23455? Thanks
-
Depends on the model, but all of the ones I have installed have used 12v. Leaving power to the camera all of the time will burn out the camera eventually. You can run a 12v wire to the camera and screen through a switch so they will come on when you want them to.

While going through the information sheet for my computer tuning, one of the questions is MAF screen/unscreened. Does removing the screen have any benefits? Any drawbacks? Thanks in advance for the help. Steve

Anyone have any tips, tricks, or advice on installing headrest monitors? I would like to do it but have never done it. Would like some help before I cut into my new headrests. Thanks in advance - Steve

I had 70 series Flowmasters on my crew cab, still had a lot of interior drone. I would go with the 22" Magnaflow.

I have an adapter for this. I'm not using it anymore. PM me and maybe we can work something out.

How To Change Steering Wheel Controls Bulbs
smpoulin1 replied to fireman2992005's topic in Radio/Electronics/Security
Steering wheel can stay in place. The button units can be popped out, be careful of the wires. I got mine from the dealer for about $50.00 each. -
Bought mine April 26 2007. Had been sitting on the lot for a long time. Got a really good deal on it. No one else knew what it was. Have 49,000 miles now, driven every day.

Shift Kit Needed W/tune?
smpoulin1 replied to smpoulin1's topic in AWD, Differential, & Transmission Tech
As soon as I ran out of factory warranty, I went with 0% torque management (after installing the shift kit). -
Hey guy's, Just bought an 08 GMC Sierra w/5.3L for work. Do I need to install a shift kit to get the most out of the tune? I know with my Vmax I had to for the T.M. reduction. Just wondering if the transmission needs help in this one also. Thanks

Hey guy's, Need some help. My a/c fan controls seem to be acting up. I can not control the fan speed in auto mode or manually. Sometimes it blows like a jet engine, sometimes not at all, sometimes normally. I have checked the fuses/relays & they seem to be fine. Can someone point me in the right direction to trouble shoot this? Thanks. Steve

2nd time this year - wonder if it's some kind of omen or something. You have had a semi back into you twice this year? No, 2nd wreck. 1st wreck was a 19 year old rice burner talking on his cellphone. He hit me from behind while I was stopped at a red light.

Superchips Cortex And Jet Mass Airflow Sensor
smpoulin1 replied to SISCO KID's topic in VHO/V-Max General
I installed a Granetelli MAF with my Superchips programmer (last version before Cortex), had problems with spark knock even with 93 octane fuel. Removed MAF and had no more problems.
