Specialized forum always gonna be slow compared to some places. But weather is also getting nice for many of us so ... less time inside I would assume!

havent had any reason to post anything really. Just been reading what other people been talking about. Only thing i've done with the truck really is the leather on the drivers side base.

I cant judge since I havent been here long enough, Im not sure how it was when it was busy , but it almost feels like were falling off the map kinda like our trucks

this place used to be where you could hardly keep on anything there was so much going on.

Last few weeks have hardly seen any posts....... dead here. Anyone still here? Lol.

Still here and kicking after almost 14 years on this forum. This site is a ghost town.

That’s one if the problems with a specialty vehicle that is now 11-15 years. People stop becoming so enthusiastic, people sell their vehicles and the next people don’t seem care as much about them or being part of an online forum. I think another issue is the 3 billion Facebook car groups out there.

I still check in from time to time even though I do not own an SS anymore

Good to see you checking in Dan.

Damm.. I shoulda joined earlier

Joining late wouldn't be such a disadvantage if the "how to threads" hadn't lost all those pictures when photobucket changed their policy. The original owners of these trucks really put a lot of time and money into figuring out what worked, in the way of mods on these trucks, and the how to threads made a lot more sense when the pictures could be viewed. Thanks a lot PB. :nutkick:

The original owners also had a unique and strong bond as they worked more or less as a group to figure these trucks out. Very few of those guys check in here any more. As Dan said, "These are old trucks and old technology".

I've been a member since May 2003 and yes...this place has become a Ghost Site!

The SSS's are getting old and the longing for the "New Truck Smell" is getting stronger and stronger. One of my biggest worries is having some idiot run into me and not being able to find OEM replacement parts, the clone guys have raided the parts warehouse's and the shelves are becoming bare!

I've just under 70K on my mechanically stock 03 and I'm thinking about selling it and buying a new 18 Crew Cab with the 420 hp 6.2.
