85SS/85GN Posted March 10, 2017 Report Share Posted March 10, 2017 I have a 03 Silverado SS. Needs front differential. Has 240,000 miles on it. Rust on the bed sides and rockers. Runs good. Got it last year for a great deal for a rcsb clone I was going to do now a change of plans. Started on parting out mid 80 GM cars again need a 2500. What do you guy think I should do? 8hnpSS Posted March 11, 2017 Report Share Posted March 11, 2017 unless you have money and time to play with the truck and do all the work yourself i wouldn't waste time with it. its basically worth the cost of repairs as a whole. you would be much better off parting it out. you can buy a nice 2500 truck for a few grand in decent shape. you would probably be able to get one and still have money left over from the part out Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
