arena Posted August 16, 2016 Report Share Posted August 16, 2016 Hello all, I just picked up my 03 SS from Kentucky. Drove it 12 hours home to Philly. Engine is excellent and smooth. The bed is in perfect condition with an undercover lid and bedrug. Has 130k and has so much life left with very little rust, hence why I purchased the SS in kentucky. One issue is the suspension. Shocks are definitely gone. Very bouncy down the road, and makes the brake petal shake on some bumps turning off cruse control. Lastly, the previous guy replaced the tail lights and head lights with aftermarkets. I am all about originallity with very small and sleek enhancements. So i am just looking to trade my tails for a very clean oem set and my tinted afternarket headlamps for non-lense tinted aka sae certified fronts, so i can see at night and still have the minor tint factor. -Jon Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
