Zookdog
Anyone running a 22/24 combo? Do you have a drop kit? Considering doing it on my 2004 JG Silverado, but don't want to sacrifice too much drivability. Saw this pic on a regular cab and thought it looked sick. Any help with tire sizes/drop kits would be appreciated.

SSmoothSilSS
I may do this to my single cab in the future, I see when I google the RCSB or Silverado SS Clone quite a few of the single cab have done this but not to many ext cabs. sprayed99
If you want anything that has a 4 inch lip or more in the rear you will have to shorten the rear axle. A metric shit ton of people do this in South Texas. I'm sure if you get on the RGV truck forums you can find several combinations that work just fine. someotherguy
Gotta get the drop right so you can run tires with equal sidewall height (or a tiny bit more in back, never less) and not have a rake either direction. The combo works well except in cases where someone runs a tire in back that has less sidewall; looks ridiculous. The example you posted looks pretty sharp!
