I have sold this truck four times in the last six months, one young man fell in love with it but didn't have a relationship with a bank and he couldn't put a loan together. Another young man that I really took a liking to and was really pulling for him to put his money together and buy it, he wanted it so bad he could taste it but he just couldn't get it done. Another had just spent sllofvhiscsrbudget building a new shop and he already had two loans so he couldn't swing it either. The next one was the second person to see the new videos and he said it was sold and to hold it until the end of the week and his banker had told him he could get a loan. He went to the bank Friday afternoon to sign the paper work but because the truck is a 2003 the bank could only go 30 months and the payments were going to be $780.00 per week and he had a family and two other payment and he was smart enough to know not to get in trouble.

The last one really let the wind out of my sails. He was a retired US government employee, lived in a large home on a huge lake and was ins mid 60'S and owed for nothing. The first time he came to see the truck he walked around and around it and looked inside and under the plus he slid up under it and kept making the comment that there could not be a cleaner SS in the country. He was specifically wanted a black 03, he also had just sold his very low mile Dodge Challenger SRT8 Hemi and his 1970 fully restored Cutlas S. He called a couple of days later and said he would take it and as soon as he could withdraw the full asking price from his Federal Credit Union he would be down with his Wife to pick it up. His Wife was sick for a few day and he called or texted every morning and evening telling me that he didn't want me to think he was stalling but then he got sick but he texted me a picture of the credit union check made out to me for the full amount and signed by him. I will cut to the chase and get down to business. He finally came back with the shirt sticking out of his shirt pocket. I had two Bill Of Sales made out as he had asked with the title. When he arrived he wanted to drive the truck again and walked around and around it and said it was exactly what he was looking for but he needed to think about it. I said you mean stand here and think about it or drive fifty miles back home. He went up town for a cup of coffee and a snack but he called in ten minutes and said he was going to hold off and I just asked him what the problem was, his Wife didn't want him to buy it. Now down to business:

The truck has 55,400 miles on it and carries its original paint with no door dings or chips in the paint like it would get in a Walmart or Supermarket parking lots because it is not allowed to go to those places.

It has never been hit or wrecked and it is always kept in a heated and cooled shop. I handwaxed it every six months and weekly I wipe it down with always a new Microfiber towel and Lucas Spray wax. At that time it interior is cleaned and dressed with Mother's Leather Cleaner and conditioner. On the floor outside of the drivers door of my truck and my other three vehicles is household door mat to wipe your feet before getting in. Everything under the hood is wiped down every few months with spray detailed. The oil and filter is changed every six months using Mobil1 and all of the undercarriage moving parts are lubed and all fluid levels checked. To the best of my memory the truck has been caught in the rain three times on weekend trips and around home I never get it out if it is threatening rain. No one has ever eaten or drank I the truck.

You will see in the pictures that I had a red hockey stripe painted down each side fro 6.0 Billet badges I installed at the front of the front fenders and the hockey stripes taper out to nothing on the center of the back doors. The grille bow tie and the small ones in the center of the original wheels were painted the same red. There is an excellent tight fitting black vinyl Tri-fold Tono cover over the bed and the inside of the bed has a black spray in bedliner. There is a five piece Black Billet grille and a little tasteful old fashion pin striping in the center of the front of the hood and under the tailgate latch.performance Modifications: K&N CAI, FAST LSXrt intake manifold with the original Throttle Body Ported and also FAST Fuel Rail. BBK chrome headers, with Doug's Hedders remote control Cutouts. It also has a true Flowmaster dual exhaust.

I don't have the specs here in the house as I am typing this ad but a Comp Cams full roller rocker cam shaft with Comp Cams lifters, bee hive valve springs and heavy wall shaft pushrods. I have full specs on the am that will go with the owners manual. I had Edge Performance Products in California build a custom torque converter last fall and when it was installed I had the transmission cleaned and flushed for the third time and had a shift kit installed and the transmission filled with synthetic transmission fluid.

It rides on a new set of Nitto High Performance tires with less than 2500 miles on them.

All of the power options, door loccks, windows seats etc. all work perfectly as does the heated lumbar seats. The only negative about the truck is that eventually the instrument cluster will need to be replaced as in all trucks and Suv's built by Chevy and GMC from the late 90's to around 2007 and I think the cost for the cluster has gotten as low as $150.00

I have four videos that I have to email one at a time to those that are seriously interested. Now I will attempt to post some pictures which works for me sometimes and sometime not.

Price: $18,500.00

Realized I left out the fact the truck has had a custom HP tuneup and the estimated flywheel Horse Power is rat at 500 HP but it is a kitten in traffic or at a traffic light. It has outstanding oil pressure and no leaks front to rear. Sorry about the typos but you get the idea. This truck is a joy to drive and performs great.

Do you have the original exhaust system as I cannot handle drone? And are the dual climate controls digital or analog? Please PM me and I will send you my email address to hear the vids. I dig the red stripes on the OB paint.

Thank you Garrell,

-Andrew

Let this one kind of start off at a rolling start have the cutouts open then put the wire to the sensor ( used to be the pedal to the metal ) but drive by wire made that obsolete. Anyway hold on but it sounds awesome and the G's feel awesome! So if a kitten and a beast all in one package is what you want this is the truck for you

I noticed a forum member catching some flack about joining just to run an ad and sell his truck and someone made a statement that was correct, you go where the interest is. I wish I wasn't selling my truck but just to let you know I am or was in a long recovery from a widow maker type heart attack. That was bad enough but because I was so bad, didn't talk, sit up and of course walk everyone including an entire teams of Doctors didn't catch the fact until three months afterwards that I had suffered three strokes within probably a month after the attack. The Docs all told my family I would never walk again and I had the mind of a four year old. Through prayer for those that believe and I think the term is " Good Thoughts" I survived and came out of the fog and realized I didn't want to live the way I was I started exercising my legs night and days to break lose frozen joints and strengthening muscles after two years I could walk using a walker. I learned to drive again in the High School parking lot. After two years I was walking very slowly and still do with the help of my custom walking stick. The reason for the slow gait and excruciating pain is that I have Parkinson's Desease and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I had some slow relearning issues to overcome and I read everything I could get my hands on. I tried for over three years to post pictures but I think it was Downeaster Johnny that posted some pictures in different places in the forum for me. If you are wondering what has changed, on Christmas Eave during our traditional family get together I had another stroke, no listing damage other than weakness and lack of stamina and I am going to get a clean half ton SWB Chevy truck80'S or 90'S and still Dribe some but it is time for this one to go.

I have some excellent video that I wish I could post a couple of but I haven't figured that one out yet.

Thanks
