joeyg
Mine were overloaded at some point while I didn't own it, lol. Anyone know if the SS springs are different than any 1500? I prefer stock ride height. If you have them, please include price shipped to 32606. Thanks
Downeast Johnny
If it was mine I would buy new. They are not all that expensive and I wouldn't go to the trouble of changing them out for used ones. Check this site out, http://www.generalspringkc.com/Leaf_Springs_Chevrolet_GMC_Silverado_Sierra_1500_1999_2011_s/1825.htm
joeyg
Excellent info, thanks for the link and I agree. I just wasn't sure if a 1500 spring was a 1500 spring. Is thast the case then? Seems I just need to measure and match them up. This makes it seem as if our springs are no different than any ext cab 1500? Maybe the shackles are different and that's how the ride height differs... and the shocks make the ride different. This post can go away... up to moderators. Downeast Johnny
I don't know if our SSS springs are the same as the regular 1500 Silverado. Hopefully someone who knows for sure will check in. Good luck bud.
