crusher1213
Getting ready to do a flush on my transmission and change the oil in the diffs and the transfer case. I just need to know how much fluid i need for the transmission, how much oil i need for the front/rear diffs, and how much for the transfer case. Already decided to use Mobil 1 just unsure of how much to buy.
f1ss
Its all in your owners manual under the VIN code "N." I would help but my truck is in storage. I do recomend keeping the front and rear diffs on the correct stock weight, this is just my opinion though. I flush with all dealership synthetic fluids except motor oil as that is what has been in my truck since its delivery.
Blazerdave2000
The front and rear diff take about 2 1/2 quarts each. You will know when there full because the fluid will pour out the full hole. The same for the transfer case. As for the Trans I'm not 100 percent sure. I would say about 12 or 13 quarts

Fireman31
Are you flushing the trans or just dropping the pan? You will need 6-8 quarts roughly if you drop the pan....
