Carl Eagle
And the fun begins... The original truck was a 2001 GMC Sierra but was totaled on pass side. I originally bought this truck from JDDMJ's little brother for the interior I needed on a previous project. I just bought a 2000 Silverado that I am using as a donor truck for this project with a bent frame but the cab and bed is useable. I will be putting the 06 Silverado front clip on this project and will build this one the way I want it because I will not be selling this truck. It will have the SS bumper covers on it with full cladding that I am collecting for it now. Here is a few pics of what I have to start with. I will post more pics as I progress with the project... Downeast Johnny
Ain't sceered of a project, are ya? I look forward to watching your progress on this one. :pop: I believe that I remember that earlier build you mention and, (If I am thinking of the right one), I was amazed at the extent of work that went into saving that truck. Carl Eagle
I enjoy working on these trucks and I really dont care how much work it takes to get them going. If I go from the frame up I wont have to worry about something tearing up unless I do it because of my heavy foot. lol
