Based on the research I have read, I think I can drop the LQ9 in my 05 Ext. but all I would need to do swap over all the accessories ( AC, Alternator, etc) and just get my ECU retuned? I figure I may have to pick up some different headers since the LPP's are not made for the LQ9. i got it from Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center who posted 10 of them up for sale over on PT. yes the lq9 will drop strait in, all you will have to do is get you pcm tuned for the new engine.
