04CHASE Posted February 12, 2010 Report Share Posted February 12, 2010 guys the parts list isnt to bad , check out pt.net for a complete write up shakedown of parts new flywheel 4l80e converter longer front and shorter rear drive shafts modified trans crossmember new wire ran to accomadte the 2nd speed sensor modified tune trans file dip stick adapt new trans lines a few more misc item the stock sss xfer case will bolt up using the 4wd 4l80 output and this input gear for the case. This is the basic list of parts needed. The 4L80E transfer case adapter is the one that you need to use. I should have a part number for it if you need it.
