1500VHO Posted June 16, 2011 Report Share Posted June 16, 2011 (edited) Year of truck: 2005 Make: Chevy Model: Silverado LS/SS B4V RPO package Engine: Vortec 6.0L (N) LQ9 Transmission: 4L65E Gearing: 3.73 in 14 bolt Diff -Traction controlled Air intake: CAI - Volant #151536 with Front cold air dam/scoop #35853 Cat back exhaust: Corsa dB (sounds like sport muffler) #24279 PCM tuning: Hypertech Max Energy #32000 Torque converter: Stock Transmission mods: Stock Other mechanical modifications: Mr Tail Light kit - Lo/Hi beam, Fog and Driving light Kit. All 8 lights are on when High beam switch is activated... Might be illegal in some states. Replaced stock 145 amp alternator with 250 amp alt and 2 gauge wire leading from the alternator. Body mods: Black Front and Rear bumper parts painted Silver Birch. Also painted black Spoiler on tailgate. Hard to keep paint on for more than a year in Michigan... I hope this helps someone. Not many reviewing these posts.... BTW - The Corsa and Volant upgrades were easy to install... Cab SLT 4x4 - Onyx Black Engine: L76 Transmission: 4L70E Gearing: 3.73 w/ 14 bolt rear (Royal Purple in front and rear diffs) Air intake: Airaid intake tube and filter, stock box.
