thats a different slip then the numbers i posted thats a better one im so glad you all are busting my balls here i guess i can be a Di@k to and say meet me at the track i thought the point of this site was to talk about our trucks ect but it looks as if you do something good or cool you just get hell for it you all wanted a slip you got a slip and by the way the right lane was a 02 z71 with a radix :devil:

What track in KY do you go to? I have a few friends up there that could go and shoot the video for you.

 

I dont think anyone is trying to be a d@!k, I think they are just excited to see your accomplishment and are getting frustrated.

 

Nice run and dont worry about what everyone says, just post your proof and be done with it. :thumbs:

I think it'd go a long way to update / detail your mods. I definitely want to know what you did to get 1.5xx 60' times out of that brick.

 

Anyway, you have to expect to get called on stuff like this on the Internet if your 'proof' doesn't match your claims. Especially if they exceed everyone's expectations, and the proofs are missing info, incredibly blurry, etc.

 

I'd just get the matching time slips posted in a clean and complete format, and get in touch with the guy who offered to rip the video, host it, and send it back to you on his own dime.

that slip on the left looks slower not faster than what you claim. I've been on your side from the begining hoping to get an SS that quick is nice for the SS community. But now knowing you posted a slip that was wrong, im becoming concerned(not really) but more disappointed :(

I hate to do this but there are just too many unanswer questions and things that dont add up. frankly i am suprized no one has all ready done it, it seems the SS group of guys are very polite and dont want to rasie the flag so i am going to do it for them :(

here's my opinion on this. some people are being a bit hard on you, you're correct about that. quite some time ago you posted that you ran 10's. you posted this with no proof at all at that point. most guys would have posted a look at what i did with a video or even a simple picture of a time slip. when you posted your previous 12 second passes with the 364 i wasn't sure if i was even going to list them without proof, but i did. here's what you posted...

 

8. stexx: [email protected] 1.534 60' (6b, 9b, 6c, 7c, 8c, 10c, 12c, 13c, 16c, 18c) SS (Supercharger/10psi Boost)

 

how you pulled off that 60' time with those mods, i don't know. you still ran the mph that matches your time, but it seemed it should have been a better time with that mph and that 60'. either way, this isn't even in question. now more to the point. you put a 408 in your truck with what seems like would be too small of a blower for your application. you pulled off 15psi of boost which would seem impossible with a p-1sc on a well built 408. i'm not saying it isn't possible, just that it's certainly something that would seem confusing and wow like. on top of this you post that you have video of the truck spinning the tires from 30 and video to prove you ran 10's. this was on May 20. at this point we've seen no video of any kind. there has been plenty of offers for the bandwidth to post the video. i had assumed when you posted this that you knew how to get your video onto your computer since you told us all you were going to post the video. 17 days later you post a quicker time yet (with a slower 60' time than you ran 12's with) and yet still no video or even simple picture of the time slip for that pass. after enough comotion has been raised with your pass being the quickest known to us with a gen III small block in a nbs truck you post a time slip that is barely readable and doesn't match the numbers of your post, in fact the time is quicker with a considerably lower mph and quicker 60'. you have to understand why with all of this there is some questioning of the situation going on.

 

i'm not trying to bust your balls here, but some explaining and backing up of what you posted is all people are asking. i'm not calling bs either at this point, but i'd like to understand the issue a bit more... :confused:

as far as the 60 ft's go tracks are different for example at clay city my 60ft's are slower than at blue grass and at columbus in ohio i get better 60's there then anywhere and also faster times but lower trap speeds

ok i run at mt parkway columbus and bluegrass at all 3 tracks i always have different times trap speeds and 60 ft's it the difference in the tracks with this said i got a couple of guys that are willing to not down grade me but help me out so im not posting anything else till i get the vids up then we will go from there
